Description
The Properties App is the dashboard for all of a properties information and is linked to Leads App. The top level of a property item will only store basic information about the property such as address, stage and Zillow Id. Additionally there will be links to other apps that contain things like Property Details, Workup, Offers, Contracts and Deal information.
Purpose
This App’s main purpose is to be the property dashboard, giving you a top level look at each property and a gateway to all the information that will go with a property.

Automations
Automations are processes that are triggered by an action (add new item or change a value) that occurs within an app. These automations are performed by REIFlow’s webservice by leveraging the Podio API and Webhook technologies. Globiflow or other similar services are not used in any way.

- Stage value is set to New Property
Property Updated
- A new Detail Item is Created in DETAILS App when Detail Actions field value is changed to Create Detail Record
- A new Workup Item is Created in WORKUPS App when Workup Actions field value is changed to Create Workup Record
- A new Offer Item is Created in OFFERS App when Offer Actions field value is changed to Create Offer Record
- A new Contract Item is Created in CONTRACT App when Contract Actions field value is changed to Create Contract Record
- A new Deal Item is Created in DEAL App when Deal Actions field value is changed to Create Deal Record
- A PDF Lead Sheet is Created and Attached to Item when Lead Sheet field value is changed to Print Lead Sheet
- Zillow Id field value is set when a Detail Item is Created
Views
Views in Podio are predefined data filters that allow you to quickly see a list of items grouped and ordered in certain ways. REIFlow installs a package of views for each App.
All Properties: Shows property address, Workup ARV, Offer Value, Contract Purchase Price and Stage for all of your properties
Stage: Shows property address, Workup ARV, Offer Value, Contract Purchase Price and Stage for all properties in a particular stage
