REIFlow for Podio uses Podio Authentication to determine who you are. When you click "Login", REIFlow will check to see if you are logged into your Podio Account. If Not, you will be brought to the Podio Login form so you can login. Once logged into Podio you will be brought back the the REIFlow for Podio dashboard.
